Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
Create, modify, and manage user accounts and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Perform routine system backups and antivirus updates.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
Provide user training and support on IT systems and applications
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
