We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to support our day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production activities. The candidate should have a hands-on approach and be willing to work closely with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily production and assembly activities as per the production plan.
Assist in the assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of products.
Ensure production activities are completed within the required timelines.
Read and understand engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and work instructions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Purchase teams for smooth production.
Identify production issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Maintain production records, checklists, and daily reports.
Ensure adherence to quality standards,
safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Assist in inspection and testing of finished products.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce production delays.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly.
Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
