Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Kannauj. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating basic employee benefits queries, supporting attendance and leave tracking, and assisting with documentation for HR-related processes. The intern will help organize employee engagement activities, support recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews,



and collaborate with HR management on small projects to improve workplace practices and compliance. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR functions in a growing fragrance and corporate gifting business.

Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in learning and applying HR best practices.

Understanding of HR Policies and basic Employee Benefits concepts to support day-to-day HR operations.

Ability to assist with Personnel Management tasks, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools.

Willingness to work on-site in Kannauj and adapt to a rapid-paced, growing company setting.

Interest in the fragrance, luxury, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
