Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for the Bhubaneswar location, ensuring alignment with company culture and business objectives. This full-time, in office role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and guiding performance management processes.

The HR Manager will handle employee relations, support training and development initiatives, and implement policies that promote a positive, inclusive,



and safe workplace. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, compensation and benefits coordination, compliance with labor laws, and HR reporting to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Skills in policy development, HR documentation, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Ability to design and support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and counseling skills.
Capability to use HRIS or HR-related software and work with data for reporting and analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in QSR, hospitality, or retail environments.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on integrity, confidentiality, and inclusive people practices.
