Key Responsibilities Application Process Monitoring: Monitor and track the progress of education loan applications at each stage. -Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure timely updates to both internal stakeholders and applicants.

Communication and Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding application updates.



-Collaborate closely with the sales team and lending team to streamline communication and ensure a seamless application process.

Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate any issues or challenges in the application process promptly. -Work collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions and ensure a positive experience for both students & sales team.

Qualifications And Skills Any Bachelor's degree.

Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
