We are looking for a motivated Junior Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will assist in production planning, monitor shop-floor activities, maintain quality standards, improve productivity, and ensure secure and effective production processes.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Assist in production planning and scheduling.
Supervise machine operations and shop-floor activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments to minimize downtime.
Maintain production reports, machine logs, and documentation.
Identify production issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Support process improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Help reduce production costs by minimizing waste and improving efficiency.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing techniques.
Familiarity with quality control methods.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred candidate profile Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
