We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive who enjoys speaking with business owners, understands customer needs, and can convert leads into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities - Call warm and cold leads generated through Meta Ads, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Shopify website package.
Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
Follow up with leads until they are converted into customers.
Maintain lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Ability to build trust and confidently handle customer objections.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience selling digital services, software, websites, or marketing services is an added advantage.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
