We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a minimum of 4 years of skilled experience in architectural design and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
Handle and manage multiple architectural projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Review drawings, ensure quality standards, and resolve site-related issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong site experience with the ability to manage on-site execution.
Good knowledge of civil construction works and construction methodologies.
Experience in handling architectural projects independently.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, and other relevant design software is preferred.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
