Job SummaryThe Helper is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by assisting in loading and unloading goods, order picking, packing, material handling, housekeeping, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse activities. The role requires physical fitness, discipline, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Load and unload products from vehicles safely. Pick, sort, and pack products as per delivery requirements. Assist in inward and outward movement of stock. Arrange and stack products in designated warehouse locations.

Support inventory counting and stock verification activities. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse. Follow FIFO/FEFO guidelines while handling products, wherever applicable. Handle products carefully to avoid damages.

Assist supervisors during dispatch and receiving operations. Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and company policies.



Perform any other operational work assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred) Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or loading/unloading activities (Freshers can also apply) Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred.

SkillsPhysically fit and capable of manual handling. Ability to work in a team. Positive discipline and punctuality. Willingness to work in shifts or overtime if required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working

ConditionsWarehouse-based job. Involves lifting, moving, and stacking materials. Standing and walking for extended periods may be required. PPE must be used as per company safety guidelines.
