Role & responsibilities
Design and execute villa and residential interiors.
Prepare 2D/3D designs, layouts, and BOQs.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Requirements:
3- 7 years of experience in villa and real estate interior projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Solid knowledge of space planning and interior materials.
Preference for candidates currently based in Goa.
