Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Junior Quality Executive to ensure the highest quality standards in the manufacturing of aluminium formwork systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in quality inspection, dimensional checking, and quality documentation within the aluminium formwork industry.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality inspection of aluminium formwork panels and accessories during production and final dispatch.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, welding quality, and surface finish as per approved drawings.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Identify quality defects and coordinate with production for corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Ensure adherence to company quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Monitor fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes to minimize defects.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure proper calibration and use of measuring instruments.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the quality department.
Required Skills
Minimum 01 year of experience in Aluminium Formwork Quality.
Good knowledge of aluminium formwork components and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Measuring Tapes, Height Gauges, and other inspection tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Eligibility
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, or a related discipline preferred.
Candidates with relevant aluminium formwork quality experience will be given preference.
