Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and support workforce planning for manufacturing operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee relations, handling grievances, coordinating training and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.



The role also involves partnering with leadership to support organizational culture, drive retention initiatives, and contribute to strategic HR projects aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing or industrial settings.
Ability to design and deliver training, support leadership development, and manage employee engagement initiatives.
Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate HR data and documentation.
Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; qualified HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
