Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning international travel itineraries.
Book international flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, and transportation.
Provide information on visa requirements, passport regulations, and travel documentation.
Advise customers on travel insurance, foreign exchange, and destination guidelines.
Handle flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel partners.
Ensure bookings comply with airline policies and international travel regulations.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and booking systems.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Required Skills
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of international destinations and airline operations.
Understanding of visa and passport requirements.




Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in travel, tourism, or airline ticketing is an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
