Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary expectations and support the offer rollout process.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.




Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Meet assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
Stay updated with recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Good understanding of recruitment life cycle (RLC).
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Robust resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Preferred Qualification:
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
