Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating job postings, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

The role involves supporting employee engagement, handling basic employee relations queries, and assisting with advantages administration and compliance with local employment regulations.
