Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Noida.

The Human Resources

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves creating and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and qualified candidate experience. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs, schedule interviews, and support offer negotiation and onboarding processes. This position also includes maintaining recruitment records, tracking metrics, and contributing to employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume
screening, and interview coordination.




Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Knowledge of HR best practices, hiring compliance, and basic employment regulations.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and qualified networking platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Capacity to work on-site in Noida, prioritize multiple openings, and meet hiring timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in recruiting or HR coordination, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
