Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Retail Planner to support inventory planning, stock replenishment, purchase order management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and experience in retail or apparel planning.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for apparel products.
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Analyze inventory data and minimize stock-out situations.
Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.




Ensure timely follow-ups with cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate inventory and planning records.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
2–5 years of experience in Retail Planning, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, or a similar role within the Apparel/Fashion industry.
Experience with inventory management and retail operations is preferred.
