Qualification: MBA (HR) Preferred About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in HR Operations and Recruitment Coordination within the EPC Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Schedule interviews and communicate interview details to candidates.

Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance.

Maintain interview schedules and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth interview process.

Collect interview feedback and update recruitment records. HR Operations

Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.

Support induction and orientation programs for recent employees.





Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.

Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure proper documentation.

Solid coordination and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Eligibility

MBA (HR) preferred.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are welcome to apply.

Internship experience in HR or HR Operations will be an added advantage.

Tamil candidates are preferred.

Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
