First Coat India LLP is looking for a skilled ITI Motor Technician / Fitter (Machine Repair Technician) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair spray machines, electric motors, compressors, pumps, and other equipment used for interior finishing applications. The candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth equipment operation with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities - Inspect, diagnose, and repair spray machines, electric motors, pumps, compressors, and other equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
Identify mechanical and electrical faults and carry out timely repairs.
Replace worn-out parts and ensure machines are operating efficiently.
Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
Coordinate with project teams for machine availability and support.
Ensure proper handling, servicing,



and upkeep of tools and equipment.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Visit project sites whenever required for machine servicing and repairs.

Desired Candidate

Profile - ITI in Fitter, Motor Mechanic, Electrician, Mechanical, or a related trade.
13 years of experience in machine maintenance or repair.
Experience in repairing spray machines, pumps, compressors, motors, or construction equipment is preferred.
Valuable understanding of mechanical and basic electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns independently.
Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for site support.
Solid problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. .
