Are you experienced in testing and repairing IT hardware?

We are looking for an Infra Test Engineer who can diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test IT infrastructure equipment to ensure devices are fully functional before dispatch. If you have hands-on experience with hardware testing, desktop support, POS systems, printers, scanners, or network devices, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair faulty IT hardware and infrastructure devices.
Perform testing and quality checks on repaired equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Work on POS machines, desktops, printers, barcode scanners, RFID devices, routers, and switches.
Maintain repair and testing records using MS Excel.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty and AMC-related support.
Prepare testing reports and support failure analysis activities.




Ensure compliance with repair processes and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in hardware testing, repair, or desktop support.
Hands-on experience with POS systems, desktops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and peripherals.
Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, LAN connectivity).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Positive communication skills.
