Role Description The Inside Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective learners, conducting outreach, and nurturing leads through calls, messages, and emails. Daily activities include explaining Internz Learn’s offerings, understanding learner needs, and recommending suitable programs or courses. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion and learner experience.
This is an internship role that is in office and located in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospective learners.
Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and relationship building.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and reporting tasks efficiently.
Candidates should possess familiarity with MS Office or similar tools and be comfortable learning CRM or other sales software.
Relevant coursework or interest in business, marketing, or education technology is beneficial; previous internship experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate within a team, and show enthusiasm for supporting learner success.
