Job Purpose To independently manage shift operations in the Dyes Production Plant, ensuring secure, effective, and quality -compliant production while achieving production targets and optimizing manpower utilization.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day shift operations and manpower deployment.
Ensure production targets are achieved within quality specifications.
Monitor batch operations, raw material charging, and production records.
Maintain compliance with SHE, QMS, and EMS standards.
Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Utilities, Warehouse, and ETP teams.
Handle shift reporting, documentation, and work permit compliance.
Train operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as Site Main Controller (SMC) during emergencies after general shift hours.
