Job Summary

The Treasury and Banking Manager oversees all banking and financing operations for the company's portfolio of projects, development projects, and corporate entities. This role ensures liquidity for construction draws, manages banking and debt

operations and optimizes cash across operating, escrow and reserve accounts while maintaining robust controls.

Role & responsibilities
Cash & Liquidity Management: Manage daily cash across corporate, project-level, upcoming developments.
Prepare 3-month rolling cash forecasts incorporating collections, construction and approval cost, capital expenditures, development draws, debt services, etc.
Optimize cash sweeps and intercompany funding between entities, JVs, and holding companies.
Monitor construction loan draw schedules and ensure timely funding to avoid project delays.
Banking & Lender Relations: Primary contact for all banking partners, construction and agency lenders. Negotiate bank fees, credit facilities, and lines of credit.
Administer project-level bank accounts, reserve accounts, and fixed deposits per project and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate KYC,



signatory updates, and documentation for recent entities or acquisitions/dispositions.
Debt, Escrow & Risk Management: Track debt compliance for construction loans and term loans.
Manage FX risk for international transactions.
Reporting & Operations: Lead treasury month-end close: bank reconciliations, debt schedules, interest accruals, and cash flow reporting by projects.
Prepare treasury dashboards for CFO/Partners: Liquidity by entity, upcoming debt maturities, construction funding needs, etc.
Implement/maintain Treasury Management System and banking for multiple entities.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 8+ years in treasury management, with 4+ years in real estate, construction, or property management.
Technical Skills: SAP S4/Hana, Advanced Excel, TMS experience.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, solid communicator with lenders, investors, and internal teams.
System implementation experience for banking/TMS across multi-entity structures.
