About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our International Voice Process team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients.
Resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Deliver excellent customer service with clear and professional communication.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process.
Solid verbal communication skills in English.




Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Mandatory Requirements Only candidates with International Voice BPO experience will be considered.

Profiles Not Eligible
Candidates with Non-BPO experience
Candidates with International Chat or Email Support experience only
Candidates with Domestic BPO experience only

Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in a energetic, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
