Role & responsibilities
Conduct time & motion studies and work measurement.
Improve productivity, capacity utilization, and process efficiency.
Line balancing and manpower optimization.
Analyze production losses and implement cost reduction initiatives.
Prepare SOPs, process flow charts, and standard work instructions.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs such as OEE, productivity, cycle time, and efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for process improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
Industrial Engineering tools & techniques
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, VSM
Time Study & Motion Study
Capacity Planning & Line Balancing
Advanced MS Excel; SAP knowledge preferred
