Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability. Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in financial and controlling applications.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
