Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Officer role based in Faridabad.

The Inside Sales

Officer will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to inquiries from hospitals, healthcare professionals, and distributors, and provide detailed product information and quotations. The role involves nurturing leads, following up on proposals, coordinating with the field sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales management system.

Officer will prepare sales reports, support pricing and negotiation under guidance, and collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Daily responsibilities also include building robust customer relationships, gathering market feedback, and supporting marketing and promotional activities as needed. Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with healthcare stakeholders and internal teams.

Sales and customer service skills, including lead management, follow-up, negotiation support, and relationship building.

Experience - 0 to 3 yrs

Analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and prepare clear sales reports.

Self-motivated, target-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales will also be considered.

Comfortable communicating in English and local languages relevant to Faridabad and surrounding regions.
