Role Overview The Industrial Trainee in Finance & Accounts will assist the accounting team in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, supporting periodic financial closings, and coordinating with auditors for accounting-related requirements. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance processes.

Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.

Verify accounting transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for accounting-related queries and documentation requirements.

Support compliance with accounting policies, SOPs,



and statutory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial data and resolve accounting issues.
Assist in process improvement initiatives and maintenance of financial controls.

Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Eligibility Criteria
Prior Articleship experience in accounting, finance(preferred but not mandatory).
