Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for:
Visiting prospective clients and demonstrating the Socio Genie platform.
Presenting compelling product pitches to recent prospects.
Conducting cold calls, follow-ups, and converting leads into paying customers.
Onboarding new businesses onto the Socio Genie platform.
Identifying and generating new business prospects in your assigned market.
Finding and qualifying potential leads that match our ideal customer profile.
Collecting market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
Submitting weekly reports on market trends and customer inputs.
Participating in daily planning and review meetings with the Sales Head to improve execution and performance. Who We're Looking For
Recent graduates or final-year students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in meeting clients and presenting products.
Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a career in sales.
Ability to work independently while achieving targets.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or sales is an added advantage.
Compensation & Growth Path
Months 1 to 3 (Internship Period): Fixed stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
Month 4 Onwards (Performance-Based Hiring): Full time salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on performance review.
By Month 6 (High Performers): Top performers will be promoted to Business Development Manager with a revised salary package of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month plus attractive performance incentives.
