We are hiring for a HR Generalist role for our client, a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Manage employee lifecycle documentation and HR records
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles across departments
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Address employee queries related to policies, leave, and benefits
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements

Required Skills:
Broad understanding of core HR functions and processes
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
Positive understanding of labour law basics
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Valuable to Have:
MBA/PGDM in HR
Experience across multiple HR functions (generalist background)
Exposure to HR analytics
