Position Name: IAM Developer

Working Days: Monday To Friday

Working Time: 11.30am to 8pm

Working Location: Gurgaon/Chennai

Working Mode: Hybrid(3 days WFO and 2days WFH)

Must Have Skills: IAM, SailPoint, ISC

Total Exp: >5 (Higher is better)

Interview Mode: L1: MS Teams, L2: Ms Teams

Required Skills
Expert in Identity and Access Governance (IGA) / Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) (solution agnostic)
Expert Level Proficiency in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/ISE)
Solid expertise in identity and access management concepts and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing identity governance frameworks.
Robust understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and its concepts like Access Lifecycle Management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver Workflows, Access Certifications,



Governance controls and compliance.
Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, Web Services etc.
Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory in Hybrid identity architectures
Experience troubleshooting complex provisioning and connector issues.
Understanding of Single Sign on technologies like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) etc.,
Robust scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, JSON, and API-based automation.
Candidates with experience in both One Identity Manager & SailPoint are preferred.
SailPoint certification is required.
