Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing sales team in Chennai. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end inside sales processfrom prospect outreach, outbound/inbound qualification, conducting software and cloud solution demos, to generating quotes, negotiating, and closing B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct targeted cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline of qualified B2B leads. Manage both inbound inquiries and outbound sales campaigns.
Consultative Technical Selling: Assess client requirements across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), Enterprise Software (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle), and Hardware (Servers, Laptops). Recommend suitable enterprise solutions.




Demos & Presentations: Schedule and conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients to clearly articulate product value and features.
Quotations & Commercial Management: Prepare, validate, and issue official client quotations. Coordinate with vendors, manage pricing negotiations, and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Pipeline & CRM Maintenance: Maintain structured logs of client interactions, lead statuses, deal stages, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Tata Tele, or similar).
Account Renewal & Up-selling: Build robust relationships with existing accounts to secure software license renewals and explore up-selling/cross-selling prospects.
Campaign & Event Support: Follow up with potential leads for webinars, technology summits, and promotional events to drive attendance and conversions.
