Job Title: Automation Test Engineer – Karate Framework (Kafka) Location: Hyderabad Only Experience: 5–8 Years Number of Positions: 3 Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with solid experience in Karate Framework and Kafka-based message testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in validating event-driven architectures, ensuring data integrity across Kafka pipelines, and working with relational and NoSQL databases. This role requires close collaboration with development, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment.
Automation Test Engineer with robust experience in Karate Framework and Kafka-based message testing.
Robust understanding of Kafka concepts, including topics, partitions, consumers, producers, and security.




Hands-on required on Oracle and Mongo - able to write queries based on mapping logic.
Must have Message testing experience (JSON, Avro, Kafka etc).
Strong in Kafka client configuration and troubleshooting Kafka issues.
Experience in continuous integration and automated testing.
Able to verify the integrity of data flowing through Kafka, including data serialization/deserialization, and data validation.
Design, Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to verify Kafka functionality, including data production, consumption, and message processing.
Working knowledge and experience of Postman, Git.
Agile ceremonies, X-ray and Jira/Confluence experience
