We are looking for an experienced AVP Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring for real estate sales positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in recruitment consultancy or corporate talent acquisition with expertise in high-volume sales hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales roles.
Manage client relationships and hiring delivery.
Build sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Track recruitment KPIs, TAT, and hiring quality.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

Requirements
7–15 years of recruitment experience.
Solid experience in real estate sales hiring is mandatory.
Experience managing recruitment teams and client stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
