Role: Kafka Architect / Kafka Platform Lead
Primary Skill: Apache Kafka
Experience: 10+ Years (Kafka Architecture expertise mandatory)
Location: Pan India (As per project requirement)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Apache Kafka platforms.
Architect scalable, secure, and highly available real-time streaming solutions.
Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
Optimize Kafka performance, throughput, latency, and reliability.
Define Kafka cluster architecture, topic strategy, partitioning, replication, and retention policies.
Implement Kafka security using SSL, SASL, ACLs, and authentication mechanisms.
Ensure platform scalability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and high availability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,



and engineering teams to define streaming strategies and best practices.
Drive Kafka platform governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvements.
