Inbound Communication: Efficiently handle the main board line, filter incoming enquiries, and seamlessly route calls to the respective sales personnel.
Sales Support & Administration Daily Assistance: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department,
including managing calendars, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Documentation & CRM: Accurately log sales enquiries, draft sales responses, prepare quotations, and maintain up-to-date entries in the CRM/SAP system.
File Management: Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick data retrieval and zero data loss.
Logistics & Marketing Support
Sample Coordination: Organize the dispatch of product samples to various locations across India.
Vendor Negotiation:
Liaise and negotiate with domestic courier companies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Education
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as an Inside Sales Qualified or Sales
Coordinator within a reputed organization.
Industry Context: Direct experience working in the construction market, building materials, or real estate sector is a distinct advantage.
Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Any Degree / Post Graduation / BE Graduate).
