What are we looking for Working on transaction queries received through email or through applications on enrollment requests in Healthcare Domain, interpreting the query, enrolling and responding with the solution and providing details of queries asked.Employee with attention to details, interpret queries, process the transaction with quality and respond accurately and completely to the sender.

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
