We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Demand Manager to join our growing team at Delhiver-Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring recent customers, and ensuring a smooth launch and initial customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition
Acquiring recent customers. Work on Retention of existing customers as well as acquiring current customers.
Market Analysis
Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns.
Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Expand current serviceability.
Sales Reporting
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Provide regular updates to the management team.
Plan BTL activities for the city.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Telegu is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and google sheet
Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
