Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
Prepare detailed working drawings in AutoCAD.
Create 3D models using SketchUp.
Assist in design presentations and client meetings.
Prepare mood boards and material presentations.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct periodic site visits and maintain design documentation.
Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
Assist in electrical, ceiling, and plumbing layout drawings (where applicable).
Research current materials, finishes, and design trends.
Support project execution through design coordination. These responsibilities are commonly expected in junior architecture and interior design roles.
Required SkillsMust Have
B.Arch or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
0–2 years of experience in Architecture/Interior Design.
Robust command of AutoCAD.
Positive knowledge of SketchUp.
Understanding of working drawings and detailing.
Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation.
Good design sensibility and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Vastu Principles.
Experience with 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona preferred).
Photoshop or Canva for presentation preparation.
Basic understanding of materials and finishes.
Knowledge of lighting and ceiling detailing.
Willingness to attend site visits when required.
