About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and creator-savvy Influencer Marketing Executive to build regional influencer activations across Instagram and YouTube. This role requires someone who understands regional creator ecosystems, wellness trends, internet culture and can build solid relationships with creators across different markets and languages.

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from creator outreach to execution, reporting and analysis

Coordinate barter and paid collaborations with creators across Instagram & YouTube

Identify, onboard and build relationships with regional spiritual, lifestyle and wellness creators across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets

Execute regional creator activations, events, launches and on-ground influencer initiatives

Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and performance learnings

Stay updated on wellness trends, viral formats and regional creator movements Key Skills Required: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing & creator partnerships

Understanding of regional creator ecosystems and wellness content trends

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with creator coordination, event execution, and rapid-paced settings
