Learning & Development Manager – People, Culture & Guest Experience Location: Noida Role Purpose: Lead learning and capability-building initiatives by managing the Skills Academy and LMS, driving employee development, leadership readiness, and a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Company's Skills Academy and structured learning journeys. Own the LMS, including content management, engagement, reporting, and analytics. Design onboarding, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.

Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and close capability gaps. Build certification frameworks and leadership development initiatives. Track learning effectiveness through KPIs, dashboards, and feedback.





Promote a robust learning culture aligned with company's values.

Key Skills Learning & Development Strategy LMS Management & Digital Learning Instructional Design Leadership Development Training Needs Analysis Learning Analytics & Reporting Stakeholder Management Qualifications MBA/PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
