Role Description The Learning Journey Program Coordinator at TeamLabs/ is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end learning journeys, including scheduling sessions, managing participant registrations, and ensuring logistics are in place for all workshops and activities.

The coordinator works closely with facilitators, learners, and partners to support smooth delivery of programs, track attendance and feedback, and maintain accurate records and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with participants, preparing learning materials, updating digital platforms with program information, and responding to queries in a timely and qualified manner. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of learning journeys by identifying operational challenges, proposing solutions, and supporting new initiatives that enhance learner experience.

Qualifications
Experience coordinating educational programs, workshops, or training initiatives, with strong organizational and time-management skills.




Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholder groups, including learners, facilitators, and partners.
Comfort using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, learning platforms) to manage schedules, data, and materials.
Attention to detail in handling logistics, documentation, and reporting, with the ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic, learner-centered environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in program coordination, learning and development, or education-related roles is preferred.
Ability to work in office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with occasional flexibility for extended hours around key events or program milestones.
