Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support architectural design and project execution for residential and commercial developments.
The candidate should have a positive understanding of Mumbai building regulations and experience preparing architectural drawings and coordinating with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in architectural planning, design development, and concept creation.
Prepare detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Support proposal submissions and design presentations.
Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams.
Perform site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
Assist in obtaining statutory approvals.
Prepare area statements, layouts, and design documentation.
Ensure compliance with DCPR, MCGM, and SRA regulations
