Role Description The Interior Project Coordinator is a full time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of interior design and fit-out projects. This role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project scheduling, preparing and updating documentation, reviewing drawings and material specifications, and monitoring site progress.

The Interior Project

Coordinator will help organize site meetings, track work completion, manage communication between stakeholders, and support procurement and inventory of materials. The role also includes maintaining clear records, reporting project status, and proactively identifying and resolving coordination issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, documentation,



and multiple stakeholders.
Basic understanding of interior design, construction processes, and reading drawings or layouts, with attention to detail and quality.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors on-site.
Ability to work in office in Patna, conduct regular site visits, and oversee day-to-day project activities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project tracking tools; exposure to CAD or design software is an advantage.
Problem-solving mindset, ability to handle operational challenges, and adaptability in a fast-paced project environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in interior projects, fit-outs, or construction coordination will be considered an added benefit.
Salary Is Upto 50K
