We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls whenever required.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and improve sales processes.
Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value prospects.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and drive continuous improvement.




Ensure adherence to company processes and sales quality standards.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Excel.
Target-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Language Requirements
English – Mandatory
Hindi – Mandatory
Knowledge of Kannada, Telugu or any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
