Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage project logistics activities for a large-scale Metal & Mining / EPC project. The candidate will coordinate the movement of project materials, heavy equipment, machinery, and consumables from suppliers to the project site.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate transportation of project materials, equipment, machinery, and heavy/oversized cargo.
Manage logistics coordination with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, ports, and site teams.
Track shipments from supplier dispatch through customs clearance to final site delivery.
Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance.
Arrange suitable vehicles and transportation for heavy equipment and project cargo.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Construction, HSE, and Project teams.
Maintain shipment trackers, delivery schedules, and logistics reports.




Monitor transportation costs, delays, demurrage, detention, and delivery performance.
Ensure compliance with project HSE and transportation requirements.

Requirements
5–10+ years of logistics/project logistics experience.
Experience in Metal & Mining, Aluminium, Steel, Smelter, Refinery, EPC, Power, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Engineering projects.
Experience handling heavy/oversized equipment and industrial project cargo preferred.
Knowledge of customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping, and transportation.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / SAP.
Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
International/overseas project experience is preferred.

Interested candidates with relevant Metal & Mining / EPC project logistics experience are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹10,516.03 - ₹100,000.00 per month
