– Lecturer (Palliative Care)
Position: Lecturer – Palliative Care
Department: Nursing
Location: Sri Sri Institute of Nursing College.
Qualifications :-
M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in Geriatric Care.
Minimum 2 years of teaching and/or assessment experience.
OR
B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Geriatric Care.
Minimum 3 years of teaching and/or assessment experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Palliative Care and related subjects.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
Conduct student evaluations, examinations, and competency assessments.
Guide and supervise students during clinical postings and practical training.
Facilitate learning through case discussions, demonstrations, and evidence-based practices.
Maintain academic records,
attendance, and assessment documentation.
Participate in curriculum development and academic quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance clinical learning experiences.
Support research, continuing education, and career development activities.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Sound knowledge of palliative and geriatric care principles.
Solid teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor and assess students effectively.
Positive organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and educational technologies.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
