Floor Monitoring: Watches active manufacturing, granulation, compression, and packaging stages to ensure staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
In-Process Checks: Performs physical tests like tablet hardness, weight variation, friability, and pH checks at set intervals.
Sampling: Collects raw material, in-process, and validation samples safely per approved protocols.
Deviation Management: Reports, documents, and helps investigate any unplanned process deviations or non-conformances on the floor.
Record Review: Verifies and audits Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for data integrity.
Environmental Monitoring: Checks room conditions like temperature, humidity, and differential pressure.
