About Us:

Luster Services Private Limited is a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in Data Entry, Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Back Office Support, Customer Support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to support and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Configure systems and user accounts for new employees.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, and office technology.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, repairs, and maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and software records.
Perform routine system updates, data backups, and basic cybersecurity checks.




Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration.
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, CCTV systems, and biometric devices is an added advantage.
