Monitor patients' vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition continuously.
Assess patients and identify changes in their health status promptly.
Administer medications, intravenous (IV) fluids, blood products, and other prescribed treatments safely.
Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
Assist with emergency procedures, including CPR, intubation, and advanced life support.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care for critically ill patients when required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and responses.
Collect blood and other specimens for laboratory testing.
Ensure strict infection prevention and control practices.
Perform wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures.
Coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.




Educate patients' families about the patient's condition, treatment plan, and home care when appropriate.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical illness.
Ensure patient safety by following hospital policies, medication safety protocols, and quality standards.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Maintain ICU equipment and ensure emergency supplies are readily available.
Participate in shift handovers and communicate patient information accurately.
Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies and deteriorating patient conditions.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal nursing standards.
Participate in continuing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
